linebackers-shoulder problems and neck rolls?
i play linebacker on my school's varsity football team, after a lot of hard hitting, my shoulders feel numb and sometimes i get a burning sensation in them-what can help with this?-i have heard both good and bad things about the shoulder injury pads aka shockers or skeletons-what would be your guys recommendation?
and now my questions is about neck rolls-i use a cowboy collar right now and i am thinking of switching to a butterfly restrictor-what are the pros and cons-i really wanted to know if there is any range of motion to turn your head to catch passes, because i go out for routes as a tight end or receiver sometimes
