Should BASEBALL MANAGERS be able to request a review of a play?

After watching the time-out/balk episode in the SF Giants game last night (those of you who saw the game would know what I'm talking about), should managers be able to request a review of close plays during the game? Every BASEBALL FAN has had to live with the "allmighty" decision of the umpires, even if they are clearly wrong after watching the playback. I understand that it would increase gametime, but there are times when it is too close for anyone to call and they should be able to see what we see on tv... especially when it's a close game. It's just a thought.
P.S- I know that it was more than just the balk that lost the game (poor base running for a start), but it didn't help!

Nope. I don't think there should be any reviews. One play will not cost a team the team, so whats it matter. Baseball teams lose for many reason
