Gloves Double Grip
My reins keep slipping, what can I do about it?

I ride in a double bridle. I use leather gloves. My reins just started to slip a lot, and its not because of the gloves.
What can i do to get a better grip.
And i can't change my reins!!
I hold my reins as tight as i can!!

Have you tried the cotton gloves with pebble grips? I love them and you can get a really good grip with them, for me better then with leather gloves. But since you don't think it's your gloves another thing is could you just be letting your grip loosen on the reins with out thinking about it? You don't want a death grip but you want your fingers closed and grip snug. Or you could try buying a product called Saddle Tite which is a sticky substance meant for leather that will definitely help you keep your grip. It's also great for equitation classes if you need that extra stick to the saddle
